Service & Warranty Information

Viking Sport Cruisers backs up every Princess yacht it sells long after the sale is completed.  An extensive dealer service and parts network in North America, Central America, and the Caribbean stands ready to respond when needed.  All Princess dealers in the Viking Sport Cruisers dealer network are carefully selected for their service capability and for a proven track record of positively supporting the customer.  Our dealers enjoy an excellent reputation for customer support, and have an intimate knowledge of the Princess product.  This is why they are chosen to sell Princess yachts and deliver The Viking Difference. To make sure service is provided promptly and produces the desired results, each yacht has a Component Parts Record that lists the model and serial number of each piece of equipment so a replacement part can be delivered quickly to the owner.  A rigorous warranty tracking program minimizes recurring problems while improving product reliability.  Customers’ needs are met more quickly well after their yacht’s delivery, and this system helps ensure that only time-tested components are used.
